Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of OPrime app, website, and payment services.
1. User Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and verifiable account information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and password.
- You agree to notify OPrime immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2. Payment & Transactions
- All top-up payments (Data, Airtime, Electricity, Cable TV) are processed automatically upon authorization.
- You are responsible for verifying target phone numbers, meter numbers, and smartcard numbers before completing transactions.
- OPrime is not responsible for incorrect recipient details provided by the user.
3. Account Deletion & Control
- Users may request deletion of their OPrime account and personal data at any time.
- To initiate account deletion, email theoprimeapp@gmail.com with your registered phone number or email address.
