Account Deletion Request
This page explains how OPrime users can request complete deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email directly to theoprimeapp@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: "Delete my OPrime account".
- Include your registered phone number or email address in the body of the message.
- Alternatively, contact support by phone at +2348153122362.
Data We Delete
When your account deletion request is verified and processed, we will permanently remove:
- Your profile information (Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address).
- Saved beneficiaries, payment preferences, and history.
- Firebase Messaging push notification device tokens.
Data We May Retain
Some records are retained solely where required by financial laws and NDPR audit guidelines:
- Transaction ledger records and receipts for financial accounting compliance.
- Fraud prevention and security audit logs required for dispute resolution.
